Origin

We started because the alternatives were loud.

South Coast Management launched out of Naples in 2023 with a simple thesis: most talent agencies optimize for signing everyone who'll sign back. We optimized for moving the numbers that matter.

We read every report, built every system from scratch, and owned the boring spreadsheets most agencies skip. The results followed because we were paying attention.

Today: a digital media, talent, and brand management agency headquartered in Puerto Rico, with $15M+ processed and a $500K monthly run-rate. Same approach as day one — one dedicated manager per client, receipts on everything, and the back-office stack nobody else is willing to build.
